Why do you pay no attention to it? Because you hear only clamour and turmoil. In order for this inner being who speaks to you to be heard, it must make a lot of noise; if it speaks softly, you will not hear it. You must nevertheless understand that when the higher beings speak to you, they say only a few words in a voice which is barely audible.
