The book is comprised of thoughts collected from lectures given by Master Beinsa Douno (Peter Deunov). This teaching gives knowledge of how to ennoble yourself, how to become a good, loving, and righteous person; it gives knowledge about Divine Love, Wisdom, and Truth. It is a teaching fundamentally based on Christianity, explained and developed in more detail. The goal of the master Beinsa Douno is to make us think and love.
Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov would have heard many of these thoughts directly from Peter Deunov in person, during his years of training (see also the book Life with the Master Peter Deunov, AB0002AN).
