"The moment you wake up in the morning, think of all the creatures of light ascending and descending between earth and heaven. Your whole day will be illuminated. Link yourself to these creatures; contemplate them in your heart and soul. You will no longer be happy to lead a prosaic life, and in order to keep these entities close by you you’ll become more and more aware of your thoughts and feelings.
Those who are unaware of the reality of the sublime regions and the entities that live there are satisfied with an ordinary life. But those who know this reality feel that everything humans usually value is almost nothing in comparison. Yes, even the greatest things produced by science, art and philosophy pale beside it. You should at least know of the existence of those regions inhabited by perfect creatures, so you understand how important it is to draw closer to them."Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
