Enemy : how we become our own Enemy

Yes, just because someone has expressed thoughts and feelings you do not share, you begin to think of him as your enemy and decide to oppose him. From then on you interpret all of his behaviour in a negative way when, in fact, he is not your enemy. He bears you no malice and what is more has no idea why you reproach him. It is you who create an enemy by the way in which you think of him and, in doing so, you also destroy something inside yourself.
