Light : always give it first place

"Whatever the time, wherever you are, you must give priority to the light. When you awaken during the night and want to get up, isn’t your first gesture to turn on the light? You know that if you venture into the darkness you will bump into the furniture, break things and hurt yourself. Why then have you not understood the importance of light in the conduct of your inner life? You advance in the dark, and then you are surprised when you are unable to orientate yourself and you stumble into things right and left.
You must seek the light, concentrate on it, place it above all the treasures of the earth and even endeavour to drink it, to eat it. Whenever you have a moment, close your eyes and visualize this light which permeates the entire universe and is the source of all blessings." Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
