"People resort to the law over the slightest thing. They say they want justice. But what exactly do they know about justice? You will say there are laws and these laws must be applied to everyone equally. But is a fine of one thousand pounds, for example, the same thing for someone with no other money to live on as it is for a multimillionaire? No. So, think about this example, and understand how difficult it is to administer justice in a way that is truly equitable.
If you believe that someone who has mistreated you deserves absolutely to be punished, address your complaint to the invisible world, and say, ‘This person has done such and such a thing to me, and because of what they have done I am encountering difficulties in such and such areas of my life. So I’m asking you to intervene so that the wrong this person has done me is repaired.’ You lodge a complaint before heaven just as complaints are lodged before the courts in everyday life, and heaven will then consider how to act. Yes, as far as possible, leave it up to heaven to deal with this type of question."Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
