Sunrise - prepare yourself to watch it the evening before
"If you want to get the most out of the sunrise, you must prepare for it the evening before. Eat lightly, do not go to bed too late, and do not engage in discussions that will inevitably pursue you the next morning.
When you have learned to watch the sun rising with a mind that is free, you will feel forces of light and joy and resurrection coursing through you. As soon as you begin to breathe and drink in the life of the sun, everything changes: your soul opens, a spring starts to flow within you; the splendour of the dawn enters your being as the pure light in which you are bathed gradually soaks into you. Then you begin to understand the meaning of life, and you yearn to share all these blessings and this great happiness with others.*"Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
