Initiatic school - join an initiatic school as if you were an empty vessel
"Many people decide to embrace a spiritual teaching because they feel that something needs to change in their lives, but their old habits are so deeply engrained in them that they refuse to accept the truths of this teaching. As these truths do not fit with their beliefs or with what suits them, they reject them. So, what is the point?
You must join an initiatic school as if you were an empty vessel, rejecting all the flawed theories and opinions you have formed or inherited from human beings who were not enlightened. If you go to an initiatic school and behave like a bottle that is already full, whatever your teacher may do and however much they may want to pour heaven into you, they will be unable to, as it will not go in."Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
