"You have become used to putting up with your inner states, even the most negative ones. Why is that? When you sense a psychic difficulty, concentrate your thoughts on it; impregnate it with light and warmth. In that way, you will manage to harmonize the particles of your astral and mental bodies*, and a few minutes afterwards you will notice an improvement.
Thought is still an unknown power, but if you want to obtain results try to concentrate your thought so that it penetrates your psychic organism, where it will neutralize the negative elements.
