Troubles - how to remedy
"Agitation and confusion are states of being which always have dire consequences. Therefore, when you realise that these states are worming their way into you, try at once to redress the situation by seeking the cause. For such states always have a cause: to have reached this point means that at one time or another you have made a mistake, and now you are no longer sure where you are or what you should do. The only remedy is to unite with your spirit, that luminous centre within you. Then, strive to create unity around you through a useful activity, in order to set forth once again in the right direction."Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
