"Imagine that several hundred years ago a man who wanted to irrigate his garden dug a trench on a mountain slope. Due to the atmospheric conditions – rain, wind, ice and sun – this trench gradually became wider and deeper, until today it is a valley!
In the same way, when you make a gesture, when you say something, when you glance or smile at someone, each of these movements is registered in astral matter, and all the forces of the psychic world work to fashion this matter, just as the forces of nature do. If you have registered something positive, after a certain time you will live in joy and peace. But if you have registered something negative, be careful! The results are not apparent right away, of course, but be patient, and you will see how the trenches you have dug in your heart, mind and soul become veritable valleys, valleys of tears or joy."Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
