"To imbue a gesture with a divine idea is to inscribe it in the archives of your higher consciousness, which then radiates beneficial forces. Yes, however modest it may be, every task undertaken with the conviction that you are contributing to the true order of things, to harmony on earth and in heaven, makes you stronger.
Even in daily life, people don’t know what attitude to bring to certain tasks. They don’t like what they have to do and grumble while going about it, or they think others should be doing it and they feel exploited, and so on. Under these conditions, of course, the least obligation becomes an unbearable burden. Work with the conviction that you are contributing to the successful functioning of the group you belong to, and you will find you can keep going for a long time without tiring.
