"Look at the sun, resplendent in the purity of morning. Send it your thoughts, unite with it, and you will feel its rays gradually raise the vibration of your being. All the elements within you will be exalted, and you will be projected into higher realms where you will savour light and peace. Then, imagine that you are collecting these rays, which are alive, powerful and rich, in the cells of your brain, but especially in your solar plexus, which is like a reservoir that can be filled with etheric particles.
