Life, divine - being aware that it expresses itself through us
"Humans are alive, of course, but they are not living: most of the time, all you can say is that they are keeping busy. They don’t realize that the numerous activities in which their days are spent cause them to forget to live.
To live is to breathe, to take in food, to walk, sleep, move, speak, and so on. But who will admit there is anything to be learned from such activities, anything they had never thought of? Who is willing to say, ‘It’s true: I breathe, I eat, I walk, I use my hands… but how do I do these things? Is there anything there I could do better if I were more aware?
