"The discovery by physicists that waves travel throughout space should have prompted specialists in other disciplines to extend their research into the psychic domain. To produce radios capable of receiving programmes from around the world is wonderful, but the human brain also is a device which sends and receives waves, and investigations conducted in this domain would be far more significant. Of course, telepathy is now recognized by certain scientists, but how many of them have drawn conclusions from it with regard to education and the mastery of thought? And this is not all: now that researchers have ascertained that waves know no boundaries, they should make unflagging efforts to awaken people’s consciousness so that everyone everywhere works to abolish the frontiers between countries and cultures."
